However, since this kind of lubes will generally last longer then water-based lubes, it is perfect for masturbation. Petroleum-based lubes may sometimes cause irritation to female vagina. As a result, a woman should be very careful before sing them.

A third kind of lubes is silicone-based lubes. They are usually water proof and therefore it is perfect to use it when taking bath. You can use it with latex condom. However, it may destroy sex toys that are made from silicone. As a result, you should avoid using this kind of lubes with you silicone sex toys.
