How do you define, or for that matter, explain what is art? Art is the deliberate use of some medium to communicate emotions or ideas between minds. Art could be in various forms such as paintings, music, dance, sculpture or any form that requires creativity and oodles of imagination. An artwork is subject to interpretation and the quality is determined based on effective communication of the underlying message, idea or thought clearly.

The best known artists like Vincent Van Gogh, Leonardo Da Vinci, Picasso, and Michelangelo created aesthetic and scintillating beauty in their masterpieces that reflect their dazzling creative ability and genius. Art reproductions are an effort to replicate the brilliant artwork. This is by no means an encroachment on the artist’s imagination that remains his/her intellectual property; it is only an effort to retain the beauty of the original masterpiece for generations to come and make it accessible to a wider audience.

Oil Reproductions

Oil paintings are illustrations of oil reproductions. Oil reproductions are handmade paintings on canvas, where skilled artists add color, texture and highlight the essence of the subject, as required.

Van Gogh Reproductions

Van Gogh reproductions are created by using similar working methods, techniques and materials used by Van Gogh in his work. Van Gogh’s paintings are in great harmony and are very powerful. In ancient times, Vincent drew the outlines using charcoal. Vincent drew what he saw; he did not change the colors by using his imagination. He did not indulge in fantasies. It is believed that he made a painting in a day and often a drawing in the evening. His reproductions are reconstructed after a thorough analysis of the color compositions, materials, textures and every single detail adopted by the great artist.

Picasso Reproductions

Picasso reproductions are mainly of his nude portraits, love scenes, heterogeneous couples, self-portraits, and cloak and dagger masquerades. The Spanish artist, Pablo Picasso has left a deluge of artwork comprising paintings in big-format, etching, drawing, and even sculpture. He used to take almost the same amount of time on each work. No wonder, he created so profusely. His drawings and the prints reflect precise detail and sharp contours, while his paintings had rapid execution and suspension of form.

Framed Art

Although art in any form adds a classic touch to your home, framed art plays a pivotal role in adding a personal touch in decorating homes. It blends with the surroundings and enhances the beauty of the home and office. People use framed art to define their private space according to their preferences and taste.

Framed art has a profound influence on good home décor, can be customized to suit the ambience, atmosphere, and sets the tone of your homes. Framed art add a touch of class, elegance and lend aesthetic value to the surroundings.

Gone are the days when great artworks were accessible to a select few. Now, art reproductions, framed art and many other customized versions have brought art within the reach of the common man. Art lends beauty, elegance and style in every aspect of life.

‘Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder’, literally!
