Snoring has become a common problem in Chicago. Just about half of the adult population here snore. If you sleep on your back, it can cause snoring by narrowing the airway from the tongue sliding back. To increase the amount of air flow, you should change to sleeping on your side. Sleeping on your side will help you treat your snoring problem.
