Surprising Source of Income

A couple of years ago, I finally left the awful chore of a dead-end, unrewarding occupation with corporate America. This was one of the smartest things I ever did. You see, what I did there had become a an undertaking that really added no value at all to the existence of our fellow man. Which is what most corporate tasks are all about. They answer no real problem, only problems that have been made-up by the corporate organization. Likewise, all the strain I brought home was also artificial and man-made. When I thought about it, these were things that really were not worth worrying about. But that is tough to see when you are in the middle of it. You have to escape from the rat race to see all this for yourself. They convince you on the opinion that you will surely be lost in society without them and the wonderful job they have given you.

Thank God, all of that has now changed. I awaken now at a time that is suitable to me. I no longer have to juggle an insane schedule around just to sit through some boring meeting that provides only useless babble. I can get up and eat breakfast at my leisure, take a peaceful shower, and read through the morning paper. Usually after that, I’ll go out on the patio with my laptop and complete a quick survey. After 10 minutes or so, I am finished with that and enjoy seeing my account grow by another $30 for my trouble.

I’ll go inside with my laptop and watch some TV and do a few more surveys during commercials. In one case, I was asked to examine a trailer of a new movie and then answer a 5 minute questionnaire about it and got $18 for that. Right before lunch, I noticed that I had already earned almost $100. I decided to go for a jog before eating lunch. After lunch, I met some of my friends for golf. Perhaps tomorrow I will work a little bit harder and try to earn a few more dollars. After all, we will be going on vacation pretty soon, but the great thing about that is that I’ll be able to do this while traveling too.

Doing these online surveys are great! They really weren’t messing around when they said that corporate fat cats are happy to pay millions on people’s feelings about their goods and services. I guess that really do depend on us to keep those million dollar paychecks coming in. The great thing is that I can enjoy taking their money without having to answer to them anymore. Is that a great deal or what? Where was this opportunity about ten years ago? Oh well, better late than never.
