Let's face it. If everyone was told the way to lose excess weight was to follow an exercise program, eat less, healthy eating, more fruits & vegetables, etc.then everyone would have their weight control pretty much sorted.

Don't you find it funny that they don''t. After all we all know what works, it's the exact opposite of what we did to get fat (did little or no exercise, did not eat healthy and did not eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and instead ate junkfood and fast food and pre packed meals) so it must work surely it's common sense?

Did we become fat because we ate pills and drunk shakes I doubt it.Yet for some reason that seems to be the first step most people try to lose weight. Why is it salesmen dressed as doctors and nutritional experts get away with trying to convince us they have come up with an effort free solution even though common sense tells us it won't ever work.

I don't really get it when yet another fad diet hits the book stores and the authors expect people to follow it like they have all those before them. But it's crazy, millions do everytime.Can you remember the horrible Cabbage Soup diet?

Yes you did lose weight with it at first, but no one stuck to it. Who could stick to this sort of meal for days or even weeks no one. You would probably feel like you are carrying out some sort of punishment for being fat in the first place.

Thing is all of these diets mean you have to eat food you can't hope to live on for life and that is why they never work as they are so far removed from your normal diet and normally taste terrible you end up quitting and put the weight back on.

People will try anything before sensible eating- the Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet, The Junk Food Diet (yes that's for real I read the book), The F plan need I go on and these are just the "normal" diets.

On top of that people are bombarded with weightloss pills, diet products, slimming magazines, what hope do you have of knowing what you should be doing, when everyone tells you their NEW way is the one to follow.

BEWARE. This confusion will lead you to try anything & everything to help you lose weight, and spend hundreds or even thousands of your hard-earned money in the process.But almost all these methods will leave you still with weight problems.
