  • Family fun with Cuban cigars
Me and Cuban cigars go back like baseball and Babe Ruth. We are just meant to be and I have a history that can back that claim up really good. In fact, it will guarantee that I am meant to share my love of Cuban cigars with everybody. You see, I came to this planet through a family who has been smoking Cuban cigars for like four generations. I must say that it truly is a blessing to be part of a family like that. The word unique can describe me fully and especially my Cuban cigar smoking situation.
  • Cuban cigars with Family
I've always been around Cuban cigars as far as I can remember. So for me to continue the tradition was simply common sense. I guess you can say it was a reflex action. I consider my self very unfortunate that I had the blessing of growing up in a family that had the privilege of Smoking Cuban cigars. Enjoying Cuban cigars is just part of who I am and now that I think about it, I'm going to be passing this on to the next member of my family. Boy or girl, one thing is for sure, they are definitely becoming Cuban cigar smokers.
  • History of Cuban Tobacco
History of tobacco is just as old as when civilization started developing and started making things happen. It could have been as old the bronze age but unfortunately people didn't write what they did - even languages weren't discovered back than. It's funny how sometimes good things just find a way to get in our lives and tobacco is one of them. Since it's inception, every country and group of people have embraced this product. Yes critics say that tobacco companies are exploiting this product and consumers but lets talk about the good ol days. When tobacco smoke was considered heavenly, and I'm talking about real tobacco, not mixed with crap like cigarettes.
  • The Romeo Y Julieta inspiration
Romeo Y Julieta cigars began in 1875 with the business organization of Alvarez y Garcia creating Cuban cigars just for the local smokers in Havana. It's incredible but the Romeo Y Julieta cigars were never suppose to be shipped to the world that existed outside of the border of Cuba. Ask yourself though, how long can you keep an amazing thing quiet for years, I mean the bubble had to burst some day.
  • The Romeo Y Julieta cigars love story
It was Alvarez Y Garcia's organization that first started making Romeo Y Julieta Cigars and he was just keeping it for local distributions. Originally, the Romeo Y Julieta cigars were never meant for anyone outside of Cuba. Although the Cubans are known to be excellent marketers (Considering the Cigar ban and stuff), the Romeo Y Julieta brand was just not allowed to go out at all. It's funny because now they are all over the place.
  • Bring that Cuban cigar back to life
There may be times whenever you end up with cigars that have dried out to a certain extent. Perhaps you were given a box of quality cigars at one point and you set it on a shelf in order to enjoy them whenever you had the opportunity. Sometimes, that opportunity never seems to come around and the box of cigars may have sat there for several years.
  • Just blame the Cuban Trade Embargo
Only the best cigars come from Cuban, any cigar smoke can tell you that. Montecristo, Partagas, Romeo Y Julieta, I mean the list just goes on of the ever popular Cuban cigar brands. If you want to live the 'blessed' life, make sure you got Cuban cigars added to your list. Cuban cigars represent that you've made it and you are now enjoying life. Here in lies a dilemma though especially if you reside in the US of A. Cuban cigars are banned in the United States and to get them, you have to purchase from the internet or step out of the United States borders.
  • How to rehydrate your Cuban cigar
There may be times whenever you end up with cigars that have dried out to a certain extent. Perhaps you were given a box of quality cigars at one point and you set it on a shelf in order to enjoy them whenever you had the opportunity. Sometimes, that opportunity never seems to come around and the box of cigars may have sat there for several years.
  • Don't let those cuban cigars get wet
If you are a real cigar aficionado, than please protect your stogies in a humidor. If you don't have one, they are available in a lot of places and you can find a decent on on the internet too. Cigars (Cubans's are made perfect!) although built very nicely, they can't stand the fury that nature throws at them. Especially extreme temperature whether hot or cold or even water damage can ruin a perfect little Cuban cigar.
